💧 How much do you charge?
Our prices start from:
- £12 – 2 bedroom property for monthly maintenance cleans
- £15 – 3 bedroom property
- £20 – 4 bedroom property
- £20 – Fascias and soffits cleaning per side
- £15 – Conservatory – Monthly maintenance £15, first time cleans from £29
Prices above are for monthly maintenance cleans. First time cleans are 2x the price as they take twice as long as maintenance cleans.
Gutters inside and outside from £89. Outside only cutter cleans £20 per side.
Prices may vary depending on property size, access, and additional services you want. The more services you have, the bigger the discount we offer. Our standard window cleaning service includes:
- Cleaning of all exterior window glass
- Frames and sills wiped clean
- Doors front and back of property with glass panels cleaned
- Streak-free finish using purified water technology water to help save the planet with no chemicals used. When it comes to them hard to remove stains on fascias and soffits, we use a walnut pad as first choice to help protect our mother nature. Please note rust marks can’t be removed so many people change the screws and paint over the marks.

🧼 Do you clean the window frames and sills?
Yes! Unlike some companies, Nano Glaze includes frames and sills as part of our standard service and monthly maintenance service. Wow!
🚿 What cleaning method do you use?
We use a pure water, water-fed pole system. This modern safe method:
- Leaves no streaks or residue
- Reaches upper windows safely from the ground
- Avoids the need for ladders in most cases
- Provides a longer-lasting clean because of the purified water

📅 How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most of our customers choose:
- Every 4 weeks (most popular)
- Every 6–8 weeks
- One-off cleans each year ( One-off cleans are 2x the monthly price )
We can recommend a schedule that suits your home and budget.
🌧 What if it rains?
We can clean windows in light rain. Rainwater is naturally pure, so it will not affect the finish most of the time. However, if severe weather prevents a proper clean, we will reschedule at no extra cost to you.
🔐 Do I need to be at home?
No, as long as we have safe access to the windows. Many of our customers are out while we clean and many give us a second key for the gate that never stays in the van and only taken from the lock-box when we need it and all are numbered with a code without your address ever being available. We’ll notify you once the job is complete via text to save paper helping save more trees.

We offer convenient payment options:

- Exchange of goods we can sell for more sometimes accepted. We’ve exchanged ladders, old cars, watched, tools new clothes, new boots and even a new microwave once as they no longer needed it.
Payment options are provided after the clean, but feel free to offer any of the above if new to see if we need it or can sell it as you never know what we need.
