Communication was excellent throughout, and he was friendly, polite and very informative. Clearly knows what he’s doing and carried out the work to a really high standard.

He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me areas of concern around my property when cleaning the gutters. He was super friendly and highly attentive to detail. I always try to do more than just clear the gutters — while I’m up there, I’ll keep an eye out for anything that looks a bit dodgy. Marc and John were very pleasent and did a thourough job even cleaning guttering that I had'nt thought about. They used a vaccum machine which did a great job and at a very fair price much lowere than other estimates received. I have already recomended them and will continue to do so. Great service - Marc wouldn't start the job until he had explained all the risks (very dirty windows, not cleaned for a long time, on a main road...) and wouldn't take payment until the job was complete.  Those two things alone gave confidence in his approach.

The windows look amazing - gutters next!  And I'm in the diary for regular cleans to keep it looking fresh!

Those windows were certainly not giving up without a fight! I’m pretty sure they’d been planning their retirement before I turned up. 🪟🤣 I always like to be upfront about what to expect, especially when the windows have seen more traffic fumes than the average car! 🚗💨 Thankfully, they surrendered in the end and came up looking fantastic. And as for them gutters… I can’t wait to discover what civilisation has been living up there and if I can find Alexander the Great!.
